2005 CNNP Big Yellow Mark was also a solid pick for the woody, smoky characterized sheng.

Sheng is goated, tend to like it aged minimum 5 yrs, but 10ish is about the sweet spot for me.

I'll enjoy just about anything that whose primary flavor isn't vegetal (prob underaged) or muscatel grapes. The muscatel one was just one sample, and I just very much do not like muscatel in general.
