I remember my late cat Flanders was RIVETED to the screen when Joe Neguse was speaking, and wandered off whenever anyone else spoke. And came running back when he heard Joe. It was awesome.

I co-signed a lease w/ Greystar for my son in 2019. He moved to a different apartment in the complex 18 mos later & they put me on that lease without my permission. I complained, nothing. He moves out a year later, they fake photos of "damage", & THEN they would not talk to me - not on the lease.
