When you randomly toss pepper spray into a car, you are pepper spraying whomever is in the car. Kid was in the car. You pepper sprayed the kid. Yes. You did. ICE pepper sprays children. Kidnap them. Steal vehicles. Goons.

The behavior of these “government officials” is unacceptable. DHS is BS.
