Admirals Cafe meets on Thursday in Colwall Village Hall. We usually meet on the 1st Thursday of the month but this month it wasn't possible! We're open to those with dementia and their carers.

A big thank you to Steve Hockett for his wonderful talk to Men's Breakfast this morning about his varied experience of amateur theatre. From starting the Colwall Players to establishing Passion Plays in the village, Steve shared his passion for such storytelling.

Revds Melanie and Andrew joined Revd William Simmonds for the tenth Jamboree Carol Service at H20 yesterday. Jamboree is a Co-operative of adult members each of whom have a learning disability and provides refreshments at the Innovation Centre. A brilliant organisation.

It's the Colwall CofE Primary School carol service this evening! A brilliant way to end a hugely busy term for pupils, staff and parents. Pupils have supported local events including the Rotary carols at Cafe Morso (pictured), Colwall Remembers and the candlelit carol service.

The candlelit carol service is on Friday at 6.00pm. As always it'll be a special service. If you're planning on attending remember that the car park gets full so please park considerately and sensibly!

The Mothers' Union are celebrating Christmas at the Wellington Inn today. Thanks to Lynne for organising it. The MU has an extensive programme of talks and fundraising throughout the year and is one of the most active branches within the diocese.
