I thought SNAP cuts and ruined Thanksgiving travel would've broken through but that's moot now.

Sounds like he's invoking the trifecta of "spoiled" (fancy coffee), "woke" (freaking out over a jeans commercial), and "bossy" (making people do things for the good of others). It's lazy and uncreative.

Dem leaders in the Senate don't seem to understand the stakes of allowing Rs to continue lawlessly ransacking the gov't and don't understand the limitations of the current information environment. It does not bode well.

Do you mean Grijalva? No. McConnell held a Supreme Court seat open for nearly a year. They just won't swear her in at all.

Is there evidence the subsidies will be extended now? I don't trust Republicans to vote to extend them and even if they do, they can use rescission to reneg.

I saw it on here while I'm watching on DVR. So I see it's about to happen and I try to skip over it - only to land on a slow-mo replay full screen. 😩 I'm heartbroken for the guy.

I assume there was a fair amount of screaming in Canada too, but in CA their surely ecstatic. Enjoy the great vibes for the next few weeks/months! It's such a lift to live somewhere where a team wins a championship even if you don't follow the sport. 😁

I really only watch the playoffs and it's great even though I don't know all the players. By the end you have some favorites. It's the stakes that makes it compelling. And it's mostly unrelated to Everything Else.

Haha! I don't know if all Walkers are crazy or just ours. He calmed down around age 13. Lost him in May at 15 and miss him every day.

We tried so many strategies over the years. One person gives out candy while the other: hides in a back room with loud TV over a white noise machine, keeps him on a leash in the living room and let him bark/howl, and when we got a Dutch Door he was able to "help"
