Followed a recipe my mom sent me last night.
"Discard cucumber liquid," no, save and make a drink with it and lemon juice and mint.
"Discard salmon skins," no, fry them, they are a tasty snack.
And the end result wasn't even that good. The spices didn't taste good with the sauce. Oh well....
