|I just find it incredible that he can demolish a wing of the fucking White House, one of, if not the most important, buildings in US history, without any legal oversight or pushback whatsoever. It's the equivalent of Kier Starmer demolishing part of the houses of parliament on his own.

Don't historic buildings in America have any sort of protection? We have listed status here in the UK that stops people form doing what they want to culturally significant buildings.
