And so.. I reached out to the author @ruthwarewriter.bsky.social she has forever been obsessed with. Every new book is a huge excited rush to purchase. It was a long shot but I searched everywhere to try to reach out to the author who as it turns out is so kind and actually dmed me. Amazing woman ❤️🔥

Thank-you for your kind words. So many people say it's just stuff. And yes obviously everyone's safety and being together is number one. But I think people forget the emotional attachment memories and life long adventures done items that can never be replaced. However we are moving onwards now!

Omg I'm blown away I was honestly not too hopeful but hard to try. My wife and kids are everything to me.

I am sure you receive a lot of asks every day but if I can do this one thing for my wife. We and our kids were all able to get out safe but the asbestos meant everything is gone. And no insurance. I just want to give her something to hope on that we are and can move forward. It's been terribly tough
