Major milestone today - swam a kilometre at my lovely local pool in St Clair Ōtepoti/Dunedin.
I used to swim 1.5-2km a couple of times a week pre Covid in March 2022.
I’ve been building up my swimming slowly since August and felt able to swim the full km today!
