I know they don't look impressive. But this is really thin wall tubing and I have a very cheap flux core welder. Managing to not just blow clean through the tube every time is a huge step up for me.

I have a genuine affection for this particular tree. Every year it provides a steady flow of sap.

Took me two years to get around to it. But the chimney is relined and we have a new (to us) wood stove. Just lovely

I didn't take a lot of pictures in Ireland (my partner is better at it lol) but this was a highlight.
Muckross Abbey in Killarney park. Just an old stone Abbey that you can walk all over and through. Our local friend brought us here and it took me completely by surprise.

Made brioche yesterday (we have so many eggs)
I cannot imagine doing this by hand. I have a stout stand mixer and it still took 45 minutes to fully mix.
Damn tasty though, I managed a much tighter crumb this go around
