Underground there is vast amounts of drinking water. And in a few places those subterranean lakes are home to aquatic creatures who have societies and goods. They did not swear fealty to the last king, and they will be difficult to convince of this new one.

Deep in the earth dwell fearful creatures who shun daylight. They creep in wet darkness and eat whatever may pass through their burrows and tunnels. Beware.

The towering mound is known to house the tomb of an ancient king who cursed it to awaken the buried souls at dusk. Even to this day some locals prefer to be buried here to serve their ancestral king. The groundskeeper knows the area well and warns of traps and deep tunnels frequented by creatures.

You receive an invitation to a warlords recently acquired castle. He says there are all the amenities for adventurers and a few patrons to sponcer missions into the nearby dungeons. All he requests is that the inhabitants of the dungeon are made aware that the land is under new management.

Had to touch it up and decided to give it the whole treatment. How's it look?
