I love how The Snow Child captures that melancholic beauty—it’s amazing how it explores loneliness and connection so deeply. I felt the same way about not wanting it to end! Parable of the Sower is definitely thought-provoking—Octavia Butler’s vision of the future is both haunting and hopeful.
