I had a next door neighbor do this & it drove me insane. Tried to talk with him about it & he never saw the problem. He also didn't see the problem when his dog kept trying to attack mine through the fence. Counted down the days to when they told me they were moving.

I have the PacMan one, super cool. You can move the ghosts with the joystick! Just finished this one. Likely hang this in the wall since it's very large.
