Just did my first prep. It is humbling. If you want tips, let me know…so so humbling.

It’s definitely challenging. I feel like this is my baby step to transition off social media completely. I have the itch but am letting it go. Between the Meta grossness and my desire to be more present in my life, it feels right. Also I know I have 2 days to keep my meta accounts. 😆

For all the times I’m like- ‘noooo I don’t have undiagnosed ADHD’, there are moments like this when I see myself completely. Good luck. Maybe the cost equal the time of interest. 🫠

It really threw me. The reminder of how close we always are to tragedy. 🥺 then to find out all the kids and incredible people on the plane. My heart hurts for their families.
