And in some places an agency does not have to do the placement - anyone with an internet “clergy” certificate can do it. In Missouri a child was given to a “nice (white) couple” by their “pastor” - the couple (who pretended to be loving) immediately divorced after proceedings bc husband was abusive.

Ferry boats to Seattle were at capacity and they had to turn people away bc so many protesters getting on the boats!!
