As a native born Texan, and a California resident, I reiterate what many have said: California provided the voters the choice, unlike Texas. Also, one reason why I voted in the affirmative is that it is TEMPORARY. It expires after maps are redrawn after the 2030 census.

My mother had Alzheimer's. She spent her last days in a wonderful facility, with a wonderful caring staff. This was ONLY possible via Medicaid.
