Pop Culture is fun…

The question is: have you ever finished it? I honestly don’t remember if I have, but I have seen some guys do it with ease and it blows my mind… thank goodness was for the KONAMI code… it needs more use even now ;)

Solid chose for sure. Just the roots of what has come of this makes it worthy. And the fact this was out “started” games is nuts, because it isn’t easy, especially as child. I still wonder what drug trip the team was on when making this game…

Since #Kirby and #DrMario are so close, thought I would share a comic by @safelyendangered.bsky.social that makes me chuckle every time I see it…

#ABoyAndHisBlob was a charming little game… that even as an adult I still don’t understand. It is a creative and fun premise… that just never seems to go anywhere. There’s a switch version I have and need to play as the idea is worth a second try… maybe then I’ll understand what the is going on.

… another honorable mention would be the original #Bomberman. This game didn’t reach its peak until the later generation of consoles (where 4 player co op was more likely), but love this concept of an action game and puzzle game all in one! The multiplayer just adds so much to it…

Gee, I wonder which one (since, *spoiler* you’ve had the other two on your list already…

Ooo… good call.

Fair enough. Really annoyed I didn’t include this in my list (would be top 15 no doubt), but this wouldn’t beat 3 just because of the mechanics (I would die trying to slide)… still solid.

And the box art… better than the original, but the fact the protagonist is holding a gun… *sigh*

Interesting… I look forward to your reasoning for why this is not the best Mega Man… but no argument to this placement. Love the music, characters, gameplay, graphics/animation… you get it.

… I am aware that there was a mediocre sequel that was rushed at the end of the NES lifecycle, but I stand by my statement.

Oh man, Tyson/Dream are #NintendoHard no doubt!

Ever play the version of this on the Wii? Probably the most underrated Wii game there is.

But I do love this game, no doubt!

Love it! We finally *almost* agree. Still love this pink puff (need to play the switch 2 extension soon)!

Oh man, world 8 is much harder than it really should be… as an adult…. It man, what a game. Love the expansion and creativity of the power ups and and the addition of the loops kids (though I still want to know who the mother is)…

I saw a review that said it was great and the most thorough Hyrule Warriors yet… looking forward to playing once I can find a deal (still working through Bananza and others)…

Did you and Grutt beat it every time? Or did you try then give up if not successful initially?

I can’t remember, was the control for the game the same as the first one? I always hated the set up for some reason…
