It's a great evening to watch a match outside.

14 minutes at the polling station today was all that it took. I know the lines were longer yesterday, but today, it all went smoothly.

A bit of self-care and self-love on Valentine's Day by returning to the gym. The last few weeks have been hard, and the gym time will help me turn that around.

Another day of exercise completed. It feels so good to be back doing this again. Growing in confidence and experience is as beneficial as the actual exercise.

My arms are sore, and my left knee is tender, AND I'm so happy to get this workout in.

2024 was about having some new experiences, and 2025 will simply be about living life. I learned a lot in 2024, and now it's the time to put those learnings into life.
The house is great, and the gym is necessary for my physical and mental well-being.

I didn't have that as part of my plan for the hospital visit I was conducting.
I did ask if she knew of any options for me.

I'm happy to have been back on time treadmill tonight. After five days on the bike and two days on the football (soccer) pitch, it was a nice change.
