You should only call it world music if you have a record from every single country in the world. If someone buys ur only Norwegian record you have to stop calling it world music until it is replenished

I spent much of my childhood defending myself to my peers, insisting that just because my mum had a horse it didn’t mean we were rich. I don’t think I’ll be able to continue this diffidence if she has two (she’s picking him up next week)
