The irony is that historically it is not only plural but that view changed in the mid century. So they are depending on a definition that changed in their lifetime to say they it cannot change.

This is also a problem with 'social skills development'. They are spending time with their friends wrong.

I meet a lot of practitioners who do wonderful things that they claim is ABA. I often have to remind them that they are doing well in spite of ABA and that their humanity is overriding their training.
