All those involved - the companies supplying the PPE, ministers, members of the House Lords or MPs, should face life imprisonment given the scale of fraud and misuse of public funds involved. And every conceivable effort must be taken to claw back as much of the money as possible.

The amounts involved, the obscene profit margins and the complete disregard for both the health professionals who had to suffer the consequences of PPE unfit for use and the taxpayer footing the bill are an utter disgrace.
