Another reader of "Metis in the Belly of the God" here—it was an amazing rendition. I loved the language and imagery, and especially liked Metis's choice to stay and her reasoning. I could read your take on Greek mythology all day!

I get self-conscious about what people will think about my writing—like who am I to consider my thoughts worth sharing? So posting bits of writing on Bluesky with friends might be good immersion therapy actually
