Being a unionist right now requires us to start thinking out of the box. I know this is scary, or worse, seems impossible to many of us. But we need to start taking these thoughts seriously or there won't be much left.
The 90-year period during which unions could build and wield power without strikes, by using an accepted legal and administrative framework, is coming to an end.
