What the past year has shown is that the US can no longer be trusted. Ukraine, threats against fellow NATO members and most recently the "tech deal" which has been cancelled unless we accept chlorine chicken.
Trust has been lost, and a simple change of president, even a democrat, won't be enough.

So bank accounts are frozen for an investigation, but they can't freeze the accounts of Baroness Money who owes the country millions?

So you sign your house over to your kids so they have somewhere to live as they can't afford to buy anywhere. But if you go into a care home within 10 years of that date, they take the house from under you.

The UK can ALWAYS fund itself. It controls its own currency.

Quick scan of the article says "introduce zonal pricing" Milliband has already rejected this as it would give Scotland some of the lowest (if not the lowest) prices in Europe. But wouldn't help London so it was rejected

They had the chance to cut bills through regional pricing for the majority of the country. But once again, it's been shown that the only ones that matter are London and the home counties.

If he cuts taxes, he's going to have to tell us which of the budgets will be cut. Councils? NHS? Fire Service? Police?
Even the reform councils down south say there's nothing more to be cut and are shouting for more money - what does that tell you?

There's a difference between a war on home soil (WW2 for Europe and the current war in Ukraine) and a war on "foreign soil" like Vietnam or Afghanistan.
