Would be nice if it wasn't primarily right next to roads as this picture implies. But it's better than not having them.

Yes! ... Many are making phone calls, organizing in their community, boycotting, &/or finding other ways to protest. Sadly, many people are still subservient. The number of resisters grows when people they look up to are suggesting, or better yet being examples of how to fight this fascist regime.

I agree about the 10 who went against Al Green. I'm furious about all of the current term Democrats who are not getting loud and fighting what's happening.

I'm not saying he committed a grave misdeed. Obama is only mentioned for the OP by GT, about his being offered a role in Severance. A number of people expressed that it would be nicer to see him (and I'm saying everyone, especially those with a large platform) to get loud and motivational about now.

I fully agree that everyone decides for themselves what fight they want to be a part of at any time. And I think anyone with a larger platform, not just former Presidents, have more power, thus responsibility (especially in terrible times) to inspire more people to do what they can when they can.

It is odd that my belief that all people have a civic duty to do what we can to fight fascism would lead you to make that inaccurate assumption.
I'm pro everyone doing what we can when we can, and encouraging involvement.

I'm hearing that you want to protect Obama from being called on to help fight what's happening.
I think that everyone, no matter who, has a responsibility and civic duty (no one retires from being a citizen) to do what they can to protect human rights, and fight fascism, in ways big and small.
