I have no idea what Blackbaud did that pulled the SEO from their knowledgebase but they need to undo it. I cannot find documentation or discussion about anything anymore, and going through their AI-fueled chatbot for something I should be able to search is hideous.

When the webinar you skipped (because the past few have been subpar and there's 500 other things to do) sends out a recording and it's actually useful and informative
