And this is why I don’t consider Youtube videos valid sources. The video is essentially an editorial by one guy of his opinion backed up by a few basic facts and one expert opinion on the matter. He may be right, but again, he’s guessing what will happen.

While there are sources for background context in that video, it’s all supposition and conjecture, including what you said about healthcare and social supports. That wasn’t a legitimate source, but rather an essay on where several individuals believe money might be cut.

Youtube isn’t legitimate. I have a background in law, so I’m very determined to look at legitimate sources, not time wasters.
