Also one of the waterslides was for 'family only'. Minimum 3 persons. I told the gentleman atop the tower that this was a solo expedition, but the gentleman would not budge.

Actually one of the pools was closed for maintenance so couldn't do that one. And I missed one of the baby paddle pools but I dipped my hand in it on the way to dinner so that sort of counts.

I made it. Despite potential frostbite (some of those pools were unheated), altitude sickness (some of those waterslides were pretty gnarly) and acid reflex from a wine known only as 'house' I completed my Everest.

That last white wine may have been a mistake.

The SuperMegaResort I'm staying at has 17 pools. 17! Today is the day I'm going to conquer them all (but not the kiddie ones). AND all the waterslides (but not the kiddie ones). This is my Everest.
