Rhode Island ultra runner and US snowshoe runner exploring my limits in extreme cold and hot multi day events
Back to back long runs this weekend totally close to 60 miles between the two days. Day 1 had me explore Warwick point , its lighthouse, Rocky point park and the country club and the next day was the city of Providence and a loop into seekonk, Pawtucket and back to Cranston.

Amazing to witness Brendan Morgan run across PA. 340+ miles in 5 ish days. I wasn’t there the whole journey but so glad he got it done!

The world 24 hr run championships was a tough one for me. While everything I could control went to plan, a lung infection ultimately derailed a top performance from me. It’s a hard sport to get right.

Amazing weekend out at salt springs state park in northern PA. Those trails are tough with 7k of gain in 30 miles

Vermont 100k was an incredible adventure. Really enjoyed the laid back nature of running through the Vermont countryside. CR in 9:16. The season rolls onward!
