Actually a great idea but the scale is small. But could be scaled up for mega data centres to heat cities. So long as data centres pay for the energy.
If the water can be compressed for steam maybe it can generate power used by the data centre ?
November 27, 2025 at 11:15 PM
Data centres should pay for 1. Their own power, or 2 upgrade the local grid and pay for additional energy costs.
Data centres should run an enclosed cooling system. Pay for ANY detrimental effects of the data centres

US farms could supplement their incomes by installing solar/wind farms and selling electricity to the data centres. Not sure on scale .
November 27, 2025 at 11:05 PM
One of the great things about renewable energy is that it doesn’t need to be generated centrally. Farms can run it. Local communities can run it etc. big business hate it

Remember Musk at all would not be rich if not for govt tax payer funded generous, no bidding contracts. Amazing what a few $million can buy u. Pay govt $1m get $10B contracts. Maybe a heads up on stocks

The rich in UK push the lie that give them the economic pie for growth.14 years never happened. Now at last ppl are getting 4.8% pay rises and we have growth.
RW hate idea that workers get something from their taxes.
US worse. They want workers tax to support them buy and run their data centres.
November 27, 2025 at 10:28 PM
At least USA have the fantastic 7 and the richest under 40s (many on US tax payer dime) $100+ billionaires.
Our RW media attacks our right of centre,Israeli supporting socialist govt. They push US values . Farage is an agent of who pays him the most. Currently US tech and Trump.
November 27, 2025 at 10:23 PM
AI stands this on its head if it does what the tech bros say and reduce jobs. Might be why US are trying to get rid of all non-citizen immigrants. They’ll try to force US citizens to do very low paid work (work to live).
November 27, 2025 at 12:40 PM
Since Reagan/Thatcher change our country’s (US-UK) from manufacturing focused to service focused we need population growth to grow, hence immigration. The US is almost slaving immigrants to make states wealthy on cheap labour.
Service sector growth requires more services to sell to more ppl.

AI will increase productivity but not take as many jobs as the AI companies state to justify their expenditure.
November 27, 2025 at 9:33 AM
Look at what’s happening in US. They have what they call a K economy. 10% doing very well 90% doing badly, 80% pay check to pay check. NY voted by landslide for a socialist mayor. Socialist democrats winning elections . Selling point of AI is ‘it’ll take your jobs’. The ppl have had enough.
November 27, 2025 at 9:31 AM
Saw Channel 4 News on YouTube. Productivity up to 1.7. Ch4 presenter: ‘that’s because early ordering to avoid Trump tariffs’. Now forecast to drop to 0.6 (Tory govt would’ve loved those figures )
No black hole in finances. That’s great news. Where’s the congrats to Reeve?
November 27, 2025 at 9:25 AM
Bond market yields have gone down so market is happy.
News before budget: Taxes will have to go up, Labour to break pledge.
After budget: Taxes gone up to highest since the war Reeves should resign.
No matter what she does the RW will attack her. I find that unpatriotic when US no longer stable
November 27, 2025 at 9:20 AM
Brews : lLabour will have to raise taxes.
Reeves raises taxes
News : my god Labour have raised taxes
November 27, 2025 at 8:18 AM
What u think about budget?
Reform: nothing on immigration
What u think about pensions going up 4.8%?
Reform nothing on stopping boats.
What about removal of child cap?
Reform: immigrants have big families.
Reform only want to skew immigration
November 27, 2025 at 8:16 AM
Ppl think immigration is increasing because that’s what the RW in UK/US media tells them.
300k migrants but only 40k of them are coming by boats. Yet that’s the figure that gets all the press . A legacy of last Tory govt

One of my favourite TV series is Apple Slow Horses. In one of the series Ho thought the chatbot he was texting was his girlfriend. He was told it was a chatbot used to analyse and latter scam him. So not to different from AI

Ppl who support Farage r probably not going to be affected by Farage racism. Some will support him more

IBM 1990s open sourced their PC design that allowed product to be developed quickly and cheaply (MSoft provided the only operating system hence there profits)
November 25, 2025 at 8:26 PM
The US tech have lost the need and benefits of market forces , relying on the monopolistic anti-market model to make the rich (who became rich through market and open source) running closed systems.
China old US style open source allow businesses to develop compete, will win.

My other complaint on Gemini is it seems to want to lock me in the Google verse. DeepSeek just feels more honest
November 25, 2025 at 8:19 PM
DeepSeek gave me a full itinary, times , when and where to get the train, website to book train etc.
It didn’t give flight times return to London. It gave Visa advice.
