If you're hard-pressed to get a 64GB RAM Kit, there's always a 48GB one. You can add a 16GB Pagefile/swap.

Weapons are still locked due to animations. Two-Handed Swords can still only go onto Two-Handed Swords for instance. (DRK >> DRK.)
Shields are a grey area, I guess. But you can't do current content as casters/healers if you try that. Their last shields were in ARR.

Also in Privacy Settings for Google Drive, these parts exist. Do note that turning these off will disable Google Drive to send data from your files to other google apps, like calendar. EG: Auto-generating calendar events from an itinerary.
