During this time, they also often allow me the scintillating opportunity to contact them and plead with them to please cover the thing that our physicians tell us we need because UHC definitely needs to be in the middle of that conversation.

If I actually need care, I then pay several more thousand dollars before our deductible is met... when UHC GRACIOUSLY allows us to continue to pay 20% of the cost of our care until we've accumulated several thousand more dollars to hit our out of pocket maximum.
