My spouse and I are both feds. He is barely past his probie period, and I've been on admin leave for 4.5 weeks now (my job isn't DEI but got swept up in that purge anyway). Just waiting for the other shoe to drop every.day. is mentally draining.

A *lot* of us regularly put in extra hours that we never charge the government for just to get the work done.

Especially while working from home, since we had that time available.
