Yeah, "pro-cyclical" policies in full force... gov contracts, banning state AI regulation, allowing overseas chip sales, fighting OECD taxes, etc.

To what degree do you think political organization structures mirror the concentration of power zeitgeist in the economic realm? (meaning, Mag7 "natural" monopolies, Fed / USD setting pricing / credit for "whole world", even military).
Thanks...

This is the result of the recent hiring boom at META?

It seems corporate profits are the primary driver. With NVDA worth ~$4T, they need to find another $1T to justify the valuation / keep growing.

Thanks so much for 'every accusation a confession'... I've been trying to capture this strategy. Was thinking of bastardizing the latin to 'in violence, truth'...
Seems such a short-sighted move, but so common even in 'sober' confrontations.

I also wanted to applaud your sense of 'objectivity' 😱 in political discussions. Often, once someone chooses sides, the value of their perspective drops, but your discussion of Musk, etc, was helpful. And 'Can we form a group with X even if they aren't with us now?'...
