Trying not to dwell on it or engage constantly. Trying to stay engaged enough to be informed, act as needed,etc, but disengaged enough to function without crippling anxiety/depressive episodes. A delicate balance I'm nowhere close to striking yet, just going with my gut/trial & error?

2/2 Clearly I'm vague on the overall movie details from plot point to plot point, but the takeaway I remember was the system wasn't great, & if you WERE wrongly pre-accused, you'd better hope you're the head of the whole law enforcement & have a fast motorcycle, 'cause anyone else is toast.
