Looks like this year’s Oscar’s will be less predictable than last year—which has me excited. After two years of heavy predictability in a row, it’ll be fun to watch a more surprising ceremony. I would love to see Demi Moore take home her first Oscar.

Anyways, my predictions moving forward is that the smaller/more prestige films are going to lead the way this year. Dune Part Two and Nosferatu are both in my top 5 of the year so far and I would like to see them have better chances. However, I’m really pumped to see The Brutalist in a couple weeks.

I’ll also add that category fraud has been rampant in the Golden Globes for a while. The Martian (2015) was in the comedy category. I’m sure there’s similar examples further back in time as well.

Whenever I read Sausage Finger’s truth social posts, all I see is an angry little boy. Desperately trying to hurt and bring as many people down with him as he can. If he can’t get his way (controlling how the entire world sees him), then he’ll burn the house down. If he can’t win, then no one can.
