@dogs.bsky.social I lost my beloved Aussie shepherd cross a week ago. She got away from me doing her favourite thing. Chasing a train. Only this time she made it under the field gate to the track. The train won. Heartbroken.

I lost my beloved dog Lucy last Sunday. She got away from me chasing a train. Nothing to stop her getting on the track. She was my devoted, funny, feisty utterly beautiful friend. I miss her unbearably.

I’m 72. Started work as an ASM in theatre at 17, continue to work in event production & am now also a transformational coach for change. Why do people say it’s amazing I’m still working? Why wouldn’t I? Work & enabling people defines me.
