I used tofu for egg replacement in pancakes this weekend for kicks and grins. It worked out fine. Texture is different but flavor was the same. Felt fuller as well.

We create our own space. We talk, question, observe, set our values, produce reasonable short term goals, and plan for larger long term goals in spaces and communities like this. We grow our space. Play the long game. Give others an idea of what can be. Show them progress is a better future.

Edinburgh Art Festival happens all August. I’ve read elsewhere that the whole town is booked up for that time. Also in Aug 2025, Oasis has several dates on the calendar.
