I finished it 3 months ago or so, but as I sent it to a contest one of their rules was that is has to be unpublished. If I win I get help from my government to publish, and if I don't probably I will self publish next year.

Thank you! The book is about these two trying to unite their people. They develop differently depending on if they are born in light or darkness, the ones born with the light of their main star (The Vigilante) develop wings and are very oppressive of those born “wrong”.
