Yes i agree bitcoin takes way to much energy.

Crypto is helping millions of people from Africa and India improve their life by allowing them to earn western currency.

As i said i don't own any bitcoin.

I simply wanted to educate someone who seems to not understand the importance of blockchain.

It's allowed for many new types of systems to be built.

You seem very upset about this, i think we should leave this discussion for now. Have a good day :)

Why?
November 16, 2024 at 3:07 PM
I find people who think it's a scam don't actually understand what it is.

They think it's money, and people are just buying and selling it.

I already told you, it's a technology platform for building apps.

If you look at the website i am promoting, cointiply, it runs on bitcoin.

Sounds like you are a little salty. Once you resort to calling people names you have lost the argument.

I don't own any bitcoin. I mostly hold TRON. I stake it and earn interest on it. Automatically get free crypto daily.
November 16, 2024 at 3:04 PM
That's true, it can only do 500k transactions daily.

It scaled by creating tens of thousands of interlinking blockchains, so now crypto, or blockchain can do unlimited transactions.

It will be used for Robots and Ai to communicate.

For example, a gun in a game can be made into a NFT.

This NFT, a token, can be transferred into another game.

Any type of item can be converted into an NFT and transferred into systems in a secure manner.

Digital artwork, keys for software, digital rights, home ownership, anything.
November 16, 2024 at 3:01 PM
That's a simplistic view.

You are thinking its just money, and people buy and sell it.

It's a technology platform for building apps.

New types of apps can be built using this technology.
November 16, 2024 at 2:59 PM
See it wasn't possible to send 3 cents before.

Paypal and other systems allowed for fraud and charge backs.

Now with crypto new systems can be created.

Ai and robots can communicate in a secure manner.

Apps and games can be made that can interact in a secure manner.

I agree it takes to much energy.

New blockchains have solved this. In fact bitcoin couldn't exist with more chains, it can only do 500k transactions daily.

#tron is my personal favorite, its instant to send and uses 0 energy.
November 16, 2024 at 2:54 PM
lol pretty much
November 16, 2024 at 2:53 PM
Interesting i will check it out, been thinking about this a while, ta mate.
November 16, 2024 at 2:52 PM
So you can't think of a single use for bitcoin?
November 16, 2024 at 2:48 PM
You mean you don't know what it's used for?

Can't think of anything at all?

I think that may be a lack of knowledge, rather than a lack of actual use cases.
November 16, 2024 at 2:48 PM
lol fair enough
November 16, 2024 at 2:47 PM
That is true, the most used cryptocurrency last time i checked was #tron

I use that myself, because bitcoin is too expensive.

Most of the people in India and Africa use tron because it's cheap to send and near instant.

I can see a problem in the future because of this.
November 16, 2024 at 2:47 PM
100,000+ apps and websites run on bitcoin..
November 16, 2024 at 2:44 PM
There is 100,000+ apps and websites running on bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

Some how doubt they will all suddenly shut down.
November 16, 2024 at 2:43 PM
Because people buy bitcoin to use it.

There is more than 100,000 apps that use bitcoin.

You are thinking like it's just people buying and selling like a ponzi scheme.

A ponzi scheme doesn't have people buying and selling to use it.
November 16, 2024 at 2:42 PM
Which ones are there?
November 16, 2024 at 2:41 PM
Yeah when he first promoted his site on forums he used his email with his real name in it.

That lead police to bust him.
