im on the verge of making a canvas course for basic tasks bc im too embarrassed to ask my mom to put me back on antidepressants and I kind of need something else to tell me/force me to do something or I can't😊

okay also it's kind of sad that I need something else forcing me to do something or I can't do it like it's the hardest to eat on the weekends bc I didn't have to get up for school and such. I am going to go eat right now actually😭

it's a little tough to not open the fyp so I can get angry and distract myself from whatever negative feeling I have that day but it's also kind of fun to track my moods instead and discover that 90% of the changes are tied to my sister. I will ascend if I can fix this
