I understand that moderation is necessary and vtubers should absolutely be held to the same nudity standards as irl streamers but the general policies on hip exposure are wild.

Looking at other comments, apparently I'm highballing prices, but I'd say $200 minimum and I think that's still undercharging for character design.
If you're offering on VGen I'd recommend adding an option with an additional charge for any for-profit use! I've seen some people do that.
