My Tour de Fleece ! Just wound the first spin onto a storage bobbin.

Can't wait for tour de Fleece! My plan is to spin with my drop spindle, which has not seen as much love as it deserves during the last year. In order to prepare mentally and physically, I'm spinning up this fun merino/linen fibre. How do you prepare?! #tourdefleece2025 #dropspindel #handspinning

An afternoon in the park, and I'm walking along the pond with high reeds dancing in a mild breeze. It is spring and a light jeans Jacket together with my bright pink Printemps hat is all I need to enjoy the outside. Different sized Printemps Hats in bright pink, rainbow striped and muted tones prepped on weathered grey wood planks.

Currently I am spinning Qiviut. It's quite slippery but I think I got it down (:-D pun not intended).
With my Woolmakers bliss wheel I feel like I can tackle anything. Bring on the straw! 🌾🛞🪙
