The YouTube TV $20 credit amount was likely strategic. It’s a way for YouTube to tell Disney this is how much your channels are worth each month. If they offered more, then Disney could say “look at how much you think your subscribers value our channels.”

I like YouTube TV because I can pause it anytime and save $82.99/month. I mostly pause it during dead times in the sports calendar: Super Bowl to March Madness and NBA Finals to NFL season kickoff. I also pause when my teams are out of contention, which as a Chicago sports fan is often.
