I’m Garrett, I’m basically a human Muppet with ADHD who works in finance (don’t ask for advice) and likes to cross stitch, felt appliqué, watch true crime and collects Wizard of Oz stuff.
I’m ready because I’m dying to watch his last sitcom with Madeline Khan and A Different World again but I don’t wanna risk him getting any money.

Same. No one bats an eye over retellings/reimaginings but disliking Tilda Swinton as the White Witch seems to be tantamount to kicking a baby.

That said, I am very much over the Wonderland retellings that are all riffs on American McGee’s Alice.

Yup. That’s always the biggest sign to me that they are a pattern farm

Lemme guess, the pattern is also $1.88-3.48 or something weird like that?

I’m so sorry to hear this. I went through something similar last week and got some actionable feedback from a mentor at work. If you feel up to a private chat, I’d love to discuss when/if you have the spoons.

Oddly enough, I was thinking similarly. Like Barrett finally realized she wasn’t going to win the approval of the boys so she started being smart and voting correctly.

Secret Garden was one of my favorites as a kid (although I preferred the Hallmark Hall of Fame version) and this is one of my favorite pieces

I worked at target from 2010-2012 and I knew from my time there that everything they did was performative. as a manager, I only received a hourly increase of eight cents. When I quit, I basically stopped setting foot in target and you are so right at how easy it is to stop shopping somewhere.

This one may be a bit “on the nose” but is definitely not AI and I’m enjoying it
