I thought I might use this the way Viina does - to engage with media - but I think I won't, actually. I have my tumblr for that. I'll just use this as a place to jot down thoughts when I have them and maybe repost something political.

I'm so lucky that all of Viina's friends love her the way they do. That I can gush about her freely and everyone just agrees with me because she's perfect and lovely.

"If you need somebody to tell you that... I'm glad I told you that" is something I need to start accepting into my viewpoint. So often I'm cynical and annoyed by things I consider purposeful ignorance. We'll see if I can actually become less pointed.

It's so cute how much Viina likes Forever Endeavor by The Altogether. Usually, she'll add a song I like to her likes because it reminds her of me, but I've done the opposite. I mean, this is "my" band and all, but she adores this song and I only know it through her. It's so cute...

It really is kind of weird to realize how much being an alter is tied to my identity. Hypothetically, I could act like I'm not one here, but I really would rather not. My place and my situation is really important to me, and in turn important to my experience of life.

Biggest fear is being taken seriously when I'm obviously being sarcastic, and being taken as joking when I'm being serious. Both sound the same. Figure it out.

If I ever get that flip phone, maybe I'll turn this into some kind of experience diary. That could be cool, right? My own little corner, possibly to feature grainy, flip phone quality pictures for the system to browse through.

I appreciate that selecting politics as an interest on this site means I get a lot of things that align with my own beliefs. Obviously I expected such a divide, but still. It's nice not to see nazis everywhere.
