We know how wp, especially those on the far-right, love to "columbus" any word, term, or phrase they think pertains to Black people into a pejorative. (see: Affirmative Action, Woke, DEI, CRT. . .the list goes on.)

They're trying to destroy, deny, or whitewash what makes them uncomfortable what makes them mad. They know that if people learn the truth, it's game over. Everyone will see that the smug sense of superiority wp have wrapped themselves in is no more than a guise to cover up their mediocrity.
