When we took the Christmas decorations down, the mantle behind the log burner looked a bit sad.
Now the mantle has a new look, think Cambrian Mountains in miniature. A few rugged rocks, some conifer branches, pine cones, and a sprinkle of sparkly lights to set the scene. Much cosier!

Tucked away in the Radnor Forest, the walk to Water-Break-Its-Neck is a bit of a hidden gem. A dramatic cascade of water tumbling through ancient woodland., especially breath taking just after the Welsh rain.
