Prism Moon
Processed image of an almost full moon, taken around 2:30 AM on October 5th. The image is a blended stack of a few edits, mostly making the texture of the surface of the moon more visible and the surrounding fog more diffuse and much more saturated. The image was taken through a 20mm eyepiece on a Celestron Astromaster 114.

Playing around with camera settings, focus, and different lenses.

There's some blemishes on my phone's camera, so the images aren't as clear as they possibly could be. I'll need to find a solution to that eventually.

Moon on March 4th and 6th, as seen through a SkyWatcher 76 table-top telescope, borrowed from the local library.
First quarter moon at 7:48 PM on March 4th, 2025. A hazy, dull, and pale neutral tone and colour temperature. First quarter moon at 8:48 PM on March 4th, 2025. Dark and warm in tone, no white balance. First quarter moon at 8:05 PM on March 6th, 2025. Zoomed for clarity but still a bit hazy.

I think I might use this account just for space images and astrophotography.

Owning my own telescope now, I'll need the space to place space someplace.

As you may see, the telescope is a Celestron Astromaster 114. I have quite a few lenses for it to try out still. Everything will be through this.
