I’m starting to think the reason all the reporting around generative AI just publishes whatever companies say without thinking is because, like Marty McFly, no one in this country knows what a gigawatt is. How is anyone going to get that kind of power? On the Texas electrical grid of all places?

When you engage in violence to enact change, you end up having to continue to use violence because you never did the hard work of convincing people that your change is right. You merely bludgeoned them into temporary submission. Successful long-term movements don't use violence to achieve their aim.

Been listening to and enjoying the #EarthborneRangers soundtrack today. It's quite good. A soundtrack for a board game seems like an odd thing, but I could see this really setting the mood. Can't wait for my copy to arrive.
